Coliseum Commission Files Civil ComplaintThe Los Angeles Coliseum Commission and the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Association, Inc. has announced it has filed a civil complaint today (February 14) in Los Angeles Superior Court against the firm of SingerLewak LLP, which had served as external auditor for the Commission and the Association from 2006-2007 through 2009-2010. State of California FPPC Issues 'No Violation' LetterOn July 23, the State of California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) issued a “No Violation” Letter to John Sandbrook, interim General Manager and Chief Administrative Officer of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission. Mr. Sandbrook had been earlier notified by the FPPC in May 2012 that an anonymous allegation had been received by the FPPC about Mr. Sandbrook, in his capacity as interim General Manager and Chief Administrative Officer of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, a public agency. In the letter, the FPPC states its conclusion: “Based on our investigation, the allegations appear to have been unsupported.
