State of California FPPC Issues 'No Violation' Letter
On July 23, the State of California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) issued a “No Violation” Letter to John Sandbrook, interim General Manager and Chief Administrative Officer of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum Commission. Mr. Sandbrook had been earlier notified by the FPPC in May 2012 that an anonymous allegation had been received by the FPPC about Mr. Sandbrook, in his capacity as interim General Manager and Chief Administrative Officer of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, a public agency.
In the letter, the FPPC states its conclusion: “Based on our investigation, the allegations appear to have been unsupported. Accordingly, we are closing our file on this matter.”
